Whitman鈥檚 Business Programs Move Up in U.S. News and Bloomberg Businessweek Rankings
Martin J. Whitman School of Management received external validation of its upwards trajectory among business schools in the form of double-digit leaps in the rankings for both their undergraduate and full-time MBA programs.
ranked Whitman鈥檚 undergraduate business program No. 51 in the country, up from No. 64 last year.听The听U.S. News & World Report听undergraduate business rankings are based solely on the judgments of deans and senior faculty听members听at peer institutions. U.S. News surveyed deans and senior faculty听members听at each of the 516 undergraduate business programs accredited by听AACSB International.
has once again听ranked Whitman鈥檚 MBA program as one of the best business schools in their 2022-23 edition, jumping 14 spots to No. 68 on the list.听Bloomberg rankings rely on incoming student data (including its diversity), placement success at graduation, surveys of the most recent graduating class, MBA alumni from 2014 to 2016 and recruiters. The recent graduates and alumni evaluated Whitman on topics such as their learning experience, opportunities to network and emphasis on entrepreneurial skills in their program.听With the help of the business schools,听Bloomberg Businessweek听surveyed 6,422 students, 11,304 alumni and 778 employers for this year鈥檚 rankings.
